What can nature teach you?

Don’t hold your feelings in.

Tell others how you feel and what you need.

What are you putting off that could be done and out of the way in just a few minutes? Just do it (now).

Stop procrastinating.

If a task takes 10-15 minutes or less…just do it.

…while you are thinking about it.

Otherwise, you may forget.

You’ll be amaze how many more things get done.

 

You can affect your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

You are independent.

You can control:

  • How you feel
  • What you think
  • What you do
